SOUND MIND CONFERENCE 2026

Sound Mind is a transformative mental health and drug awareness conference for young ladies. This full‑day event will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, serving girls in grades 5–12 from Columbus and surrounding communities.

Sound Mind was created to give young women a safe space to breathe, connect, learn, and grow. Throughout the day, participants will explore healthy outlets for stress, anxiety, and life challenges while discovering positive alternatives to drug and alcohol use.
